Engagement, Wedding and Eternity rings purchased from our ‘ready-to-wear’ collections cannot be returned past 14 days of purchase. Items from these collections cannot be worn or used in any way and must be returned in their original packaging along with the receipt, diamond reports, and all documentation. Items returned within 14 days will receive a store credit or exchange for the items value, less a Kr 10000 restocking fee.
Any piece that is customized in any way, including resizing and engraving, as well as custom designs and remodels cannot be returned.
By law, we are not required to provide a refund for change of mind purchases however at our store we choose to provide our customers the convenience to exchange product under the listed concern. Shipping costs will not be refunded when it is a change of mind.
After this time period, we will continue to help you find a solution if the item you have purchased:
- Has a manufacturing fault or is unsafe.
- Doesn’t match the samples or description.
- Doesn’t do what we said It would.
- Doesn’t do what you asked for.
Our store will, for a major problem:
- Return the item and exchange or remake the piece if still desired. No paid amount will be refund.
Our store will, for a minor problem:
- Repair the item within a reasonable time, or
Give you an exchange of any product within the purchased range if a repair is not possible.
The item must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging and include a copy of your receipt. The item cannot have been worn or used in any way.
